Who operates this website

This website is operated by GreenCycle Solutions LLC, 343 West Street, Arena, WI 53503. For privacy questions, contact donald.williamson@greencyclesolutionsllc.com.

Information submitted through the request form

When you submit a service enquiry, we receive the name, email address, customer type, optional organization name, collection address, community, material selections, preferred timing and any notes you provide. The website uses these details to review and respond to the enquiry. Form submissions are sent by email and are not intentionally stored in a website database.

Newsletter subscriptions

If you subscribe to email updates, the website stores your email address, a random unsubscribe token, subscription status and relevant timestamps in a protected CSV file on the web server. The file is not intended to be publicly accessible. We use this information to manage subscriptions and suppress future newsletter sends after an unsubscribe request. We do not send a signup notification to the company inbox.

Unsubscribing

Each newsletter includes a unique unsubscribe link. The link does not display your email address. You will be asked to confirm the request before the subscription is marked as inactive. The record is retained as a suppression record so the address is not accidentally included in future campaigns. A later deliberate signup through the website can reactivate the subscription.

Website security and technical information

The website uses standard session and form security controls, including a CSRF token and automated-submission checks. The hosting provider may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs as part of operating the website.

Third-party services

This website loads fonts from Google Fonts, photographs from Unsplash and a static map image from an OpenStreetMap static-map service. When your browser loads these resources, the providers may receive technical information such as your IP address. The map link can also open Google Maps if you choose it.

Your choices

You can use the unsubscribe link in any newsletter to stop future newsletter emails. For questions or requests about information submitted in a service enquiry, email donald.williamson@greencyclesolutionsllc.com.

Policy updates

This policy may be updated if website features or data handling practices change. The current version will be posted on this page.
